Solar District Cooling Group Bhd (SDCG) has partnered with Sunrise Shares Energy Sdn Bhd (SSE) to expand renewable energy solutions and sustainability services in Malaysia. SDCG, known for building management systems, solar thermal technology, and energy efficiency, will bring forth its capabilities to the partnership. On the other hand, SSE, which deals in commercial solar panels, solar streetlights, and battery storage, will offer its range of solar products. Coupled together, they plan to deliver integrated solutions that improve energy efficiency and support the transition to renewable energy sources.

The partnership will also focus on providing advisory services in sustainability. Through these services, clients will be able to gain green building certifications and low-carbon certifications, which are essential for reducing environmental impact and enhancing their corporate sustainability strategies.

In addition to offering renewable energy solutions and advisory services, the partnership opens up new business opportunities for both companies. They plan to explore joint ventures and co-marketing initiatives, as well as form strategic partnerships with other organizations. This collaboration not only strengthens their market presence but also positions them to play a significant role in advancing sustainability and energy efficiency in Malaysia.

This joint effort will enable both SDCG and SSE to offer more robust services, addressing the growing demand for sustainable solutions while supporting Malaysia’s broader environmental goals.
